Last year, our exclusive, certified-humane Green Circle turkeys sold out weeks before Thanksgiving. Because we work with small farms there is limited supply, and the farmers have committed to a certain number of birds long before customers are ready to place orders. Dont be left without a bird for the holiday - order early! In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, we saw many families opt for smaller more intimate gatherings which meant more small birds were purchased than usual. We also noticed customers opting for other main entrees like turkey breast, rack of lamb, larger cuts of beef, and venison.
