ABT shipped my surround sound A/V preamplifer less than an hour after receiving my online order. You can't do better than that. ABT put the manufacturer's carton into a hugely oversized carton. The product arrived in perfect condition.

Shopping for electronics at Abt is not like shopping at a big box store rather like shopping at Neimans or Bloomingdales with Target like prices. Oh and you can haggle the price too and they will do everything to give you the lowest price possible.
