Overall excellent for recertification. I have been ACLS/BLS certified since 1992. For the past 8 years I have used this service and this is truly the best way to get recertified. Easy, quick and informative. Far superior than doing the course ever

I have taken the test for the last 20 years. I have never had such a hard test to take. I took the test 3 times in order to pass. I think that the tests were super hard and the answers kept changing. For example: The question about: what is the best

Pretty close but didn't cover everything. There were a few questions on the test that were not covered in the materials. I still passed it so not a big deal. I also need a class time component but that's on me for not knowing that.

My coworker gave me a discount code, which did not work. I emailed the ACLS Certification Institute and they immediately gave me the discount. The videos were short, pleasant, and to the point. Exam reflected content.

I would have given it the 5 stars had it not been for the fact that I was sent a 15% discount but when I tried to use it it was not accepted. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I passed the final test some of the questions more about anatomy.i think it should focus on the critical issue that I as respiratory therapist have to deal with.
