I had a problem with linking my DNA results to my account. Contacted them via Facebook messenger, was given a reference number and phone number. Within the hour I was up and running. So nice to be able to deal with a real person.Highly recommended.
The process was smooth and easy. Processing time wasn’t bad but seemed like forever it could’ve been the anticipation. The geographical results had nothing on the family members that it matched me with. This is the real deal and I highly recommend!
The customer service person was very professional and friendly. But it takes up to 48 hours to update billing info not a fan of that aspect. Also memberships are expensive when you live on just social security. No discount for older people.
