Found the spare part I was looking for at the best price online (did comparison shopping on multiple sites). Delivered within 5 business days. Credit card was charged upon shipment (not immediately with order). No problems, and wouldn't hesitate

Buying a Travertine sink online without seein it I was really nervous, especially as colors can vary, but luckily the color is perfect, the sink came very well packaged. We are not redoing our bathroom until August but they had a great deal on this

Ordered 10/20, shipped 10/27, received 10/30. Received email notifications for all of those events. I didn't really need them quickly, so 10 days wasn't bad. Initially contacted Faucetstop.com in NJ after a Google search for the cartridges.
