I've been shopping with Ikea for the last 20 plus years, mostly instore. I had one issue back in April, and took more contacts to customer service that i hoped but overall they have been fantastic.
IKEA might not be the most liked place for furniture shopping, as you need to assemble it yourself and it can become a big puzzle, but they do respect their employees and that has to be applauded.
