I am not skilled with computers. I enjoy surfing and news gathering but repairs, forget it. The techs that helped me were understanding and skilled. I use my cell phone for internet access so they had to deal with slower than average download speeds.

I do not like the way we activate new liscence number after we pay for upgrade or extensions. Entering the new code is just not possible unless the software is deleted and reinstalled. Most companies can simply update software. It is a good program a
