Pretty good user interface. Has some odd behaviors (like where the add-in suggests to use ID/password on some sites), but it is consistent, so I can deal with that. I've gotten sufficiently prompt response when I reached out to tech support

Where your login actions suit what Keeper can deal with it works well but many logins are changing and Keeper just doesn't get it. Also serious issue if you have to login to the same page with multiple accounts. Some OK some hopeless

Had a great experience with customer service by chat. Nice to deal with an actual person not a chat bot.Security is tight but I was helped.Easy to use on browser and app. Quick to add accounts and sync.
