The Neat technician had to deal with a difficult situation because of my hard drive corruption. He was able to restore things successfully and complete the migration of my data to the Neat cloud. I feel he did an excellent job.

I was unable to get my database to open and the Technical Support group did a stellar job of conducting remote sessions to get things on track. It was a pleasure to deal with a group that was so knowledgeable.

Ronn , Tech+6 , the online help rep I had was outstanding. We had to migrate files from an old version of Neat and it was a big deal! The files took overnight to download. Ronn was very helpful.
