Can I just say how refreshingly pleased I am to deal with a company that actually cared about their customers. In dealing with Reolink customer services I honestly did feel as though I mattered to them and had my query dealt with very professionally.

Had a problem with the original firmware on the camera with a QNAP NAS. Updated the FW but that did not resolve the issue. Customer support was able to provide me with a special firmware to deal with my issue.
