What happened to those discount points? And, is there a glitch in recognizing NZ VISA details? I was 100% certain to have entered all correct details and the system would still not process. It worked with the same card via PayPal.

Wouldn't accept my code for discount which you sent to me after my last order. Consequently the discount was not applied. Why offer it if it won't accept it during the order process.

I thought as an existing customer that I had 10% loyalty discount. This did not show up or at least was not obvious in the ordering process so I have missed out if any discount was valid.

Really easy to find products and put in order. Disappointing that pop up said 10% discount would be applied at check out however this didn't happen
