I ordered some trees I cldnt find anywhere else on this site. The price was higher but I didn't have a choice. I got the items and 1 tree was broken, they gave me a coupon to use on next purchase to replace the tree, which I havent done yet.

I'm pleased with the fat albert spruces.They are attractive and look healthy. The japanese maple was disappointing. It's not dead (yet) but it looks very feeble and arrived with broken twigs. The price (even with the discount) was excessive

Shopping for and ordering plants on the website was a positive experience. The plants arrived in a timely manner and were packaged well. Both plants were healthy and they are thriving so far.
